Services & Pricing

The most upfront pricing in the HVAC industry.

Most companies won't give a price until a technician is standing in your living room. We do it right here, with nothing to hide. Find the problem you're noticing, see the services that usually fix it, and get a real idea of the bill before you ever pick up the phone — so you can compare our pricing against any quote with confidence.

How our pricing works

$85 service calls

Whatever the issue, $85 brings us to your door to investigate. Any additional time is the same rate + any parts needed for repairs.

Extra repairs are just $35 each

Already on-site? Any additional service performed during the same visit is only $35 more, plus parts.

6-month warranty on parts

Every part we install is backed by a 6-month warranty for your peace of mind.

Prices below are typical all-in estimates and may vary with your equipment, part availability, and what we find on-site. We'll always confirm the exact price with you before any work begins.

Seasonal tune-ups

Stay ahead of breakdowns. A seasonal tune-up keeps your system running efficiently and catches small problems before they become big ones.

  • Spring tune-up

    Spring tune-up

    $95

Get your air conditioning ready for summer. We inspect, clean, and test your cooling system so it's dialed in before the heat arrives.

  • Fall tune-up

    Fall tune-up

    $95

Prep your furnace for the cold months. We inspect, clean, and safety-check your heating system so you're ready when temperatures drop.

Not cooling / blowing warm air

The AC is running but the house won't cool down, or the air from the vents feels warm.

  • Capacitor replacement

    Capacitor replacement

    $150

A failed capacitor is one of the most common reasons a system won't start or cool. Quick, high-impact fix.

  • Contactor replacement

    Contactor replacement

    $160

The relay that powers your outdoor unit. Worn or pitted contactors keep the compressor from kicking on.

  • Condenser fan motor replacement

    Condenser fan motor replacement

    $340

The outdoor fan that rejects heat. When it fails, the system overheats and stops cooling.

Not heating

The furnace runs but never warms up, short-cycles, or blows cold air on a heat call.

  • Flame sensor cleaning

    Flame sensor cleaning

    $115

A dirty flame sensor makes a gas furnace light and then shut right back off. A clean often brings it right back.

  • Hot surface igniter replacement

    Hot surface igniter replacement

    $250

The igniter that lights your burners. Cracked or burned-out igniters mean no heat at all.

  • Gas valve replacement

    Gas valve replacement

    $350

Controls the flow of gas to your burners. A faulty valve is a no-heat, safety-critical repair.

  • Inducer motor replacement

    Inducer motor replacement

    $525

Vents combustion gases safely outside. When it fails, the furnace locks out for safety.

Nothing turns on

No air, no response from the thermostat — the system seems completely dead.

  • Programmable Thermostat replacement

    Programmable Thermostat replacement

    $185

A dead or failing thermostat can shut the whole system down. Supply your own for a discounted price.

  • Smart Thermostat replacement

    Smart Thermostat replacement

    $300

A dead or failing thermostat can shut the whole system down. Supply your own for a discounted price.

  • Low-voltage transformer replacement

    Low-voltage transformer replacement

    $170

Powers your thermostat and controls. A blown transformer takes the whole system offline.

  • Blown fuse replacement

    Blown fuse replacement

    $95

A tripped low-voltage fuse is a small part with a big effect. Often a fast, inexpensive fix.

Weak or no airflow

The system is on but barely any air comes from the vents, or certain rooms never get comfortable.

  • Blower motor replacement

    Blower motor replacement

    $485

The motor that pushes conditioned air through your home. A failing blower chokes airflow everywhere.

  • Blower capacitor replacement

    Blower capacitor replacement

    $150

Gives the indoor blower the boost it needs to spin up. A weak capacitor means weak airflow.

  • Blower wheel cleaning

    Blower wheel cleaning

    $130

A caked-up blower wheel silently robs you of airflow and efficiency. We pull and clean it.

Water around the indoor unit

You've spotted water pooling near the furnace or air handler, or a ceiling stain below it.

  • Condensate drain clearing

    Condensate drain clearing

    $85

A clogged drain line backs up water into your home. We clear and flush it so it drains freely. Condensate tab added to prevent future clogs.

Ice or frost on the system

You've noticed ice on the refrigerant lines or indoor coil, and cooling has dropped off.

  • In-place Evaporator coil cleaning

    In-place Evaporator coil cleaning

    $95

A dirty indoor coil restricts airflow and freezes up. A deep clean restores proper heat transfer.

  • Blower motor replacement

    Blower motor replacement

    $495

Too little airflow across the coil causes it to ice over. A healthy blower prevents the freeze.

  • Air filter replacement

    Air filter replacement

    $95

The simplest airflow fix there is. A clogged filter strains the whole system.
